Farley Cadena has been performing in some way, shape, or form for over 30 years! Please don’t try to figure out how old she is. She’s very sensitive about it. So, you know, don’t bring it up. Shhh.
Moving on…
The love of her life (besides her dear husband and sweet children) has always been theater. Among the 100 or so shows she’s been in, her favorites include: SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN, RUTHLESS!, THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE, URINETOWN, SEUSSICAL, ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, ANYTHING GOES, JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, GUYS AND DOLLS, THE WIZARD OF OZ, OLIVER, and… well, she’ll stop there because she makes it a rule not to brag. Nope she never brags. Ever. Never. Never ever. Well, except now!
Continuing on…
So, “What else?” you say?
Well, she has toured with some a cappella harmony groups over the years including TRILOGY, CHEAP CHAMPAGNE and THE CHAMPAGNE TRIO. She’s also taught private voice lessons, musical theater performance, and elementary & middle school theater production. Along with that, she’s a voice over artist who specializes in children’s books and jingles. She hopes to soon break into animation, too!
You want more...?
Well, sheesh, there is more but because of her age and the fact that she doesn’t keep a diary and her scrapbooks are terribly out of date… well, she forgets. She forgets people, places, things, shows, songs, events, holidays...
Sigh. You get the picture. It’s all that hard living.
But back to the good stuff…
Always a performer on The High Street Broadcast, she also contributes as a writer on occasion, too.
And finally…
Farley resides in the sizzling hot San Fernando Valley and dreams by the moonlight for a pool.
